As mental health and well-being take center stage in education, Sonic Journeys provides a practical, engaging way to support your pupils' emotional resilience and focus while fostering their imagination.

What is Sonic Journeys?

Sonic Journeys is an interactive, headphone-based mindfulness experience where children explore different soundscapes—like serene forests, bustling cities, and magical worlds—by switching between audio channels. They’ll engage in activities that enhance focus, encourage relaxation, and spark creativity through guided movement, storytelling, and art. You can even have a silent disco at the end of the day if you wish!
